No Shows: If a no show occurs - you (the customer) forfeit the pay value of the Groupon and LivingSocial vouchers. For any regular purchased services, our business has the right to keep 50% off the service cost. The remaining 50% will be refunded.

1 Hours Cancellations - Cancellation must occur within 1 hour of service and if you don’t cancel within that hour you forfeit your pay value of the Groupon and LivingSocial vouchers.
